Our Story

Thirty-three years ago, when Christian and Holly met, they knew it was "meant to be".  They both grew up in non farm families, but for both of them agriculture and animal production was their passion. Their families supported them, they both attended ag programs in college, and decided that partnering on a farm was a great way to raise a family. They purchased their first cows on their honeymoon, and then a small farmstead in Walpole, NH.  There they have established themselves as organic farmers, where they have farmed and raised their family since 1995

These days, our oldest son George is living and working in Walpole, he is a valued member of our farm crew, he received a Masters Degree at Saint Lawrence University. Our younger son, Edward and his family are living in Watertown, NY. They visit here whenever they can. We love seeing them. We are as busy as ever here, managing about 300 acres of farmland, making all the hay and forage for this herd of cattle. We have happily transitioned to shipping our milk directly to Stonyfield for Yogurt, keeping our milk in the New England Milk Shed.  Holly works in the CTE (Agriculture and Horticulture) at Fall Mountain High School. Christian keeps busy minding the day to day running of this farm. You can find our products here, at the Farmers Market of Keene, and at Pete's Stand in Walpole
